I didn't start until 49, but 2 years later my body and mind tell me it's never too late. I work out every day, watch what I eat, and don't look back at the other 48 years I could have done better. This picture is 3 weeks after my 51st birthday. I'm inspired by fitness pictures both male and female, and the amazing body transformations of all you young ones. I would love to see more of the more experienced of us for even more motivation when we hit those 40's, 50's, and 60's.
